Realtor Rosemarie G. Flaminia joined Real Estate as sales executive in 1991. She became a licensed broker in 1993 and still as a sales executive. Later, she was promoted to Unit manager. After sometimes, with a continuous effort in recruiting more people to her network, she became Real Estate Division Manager and became an awardee as top seller division manager by Asian Pacific Realty Development Corporation. Overtime, she was able to duplicate herself and developed more division manager in her network.
Together with her husband Efren C Flaminia Sr. who was then with BPI Family Bank, organized a marketing management firm in 1997,inspite of the downtrend of real estate industry due to Asian crises brought about by dollar investment plight to Malaysia.
Despite the uncertainty in year 2000 worlds computing system calibrations, the formation of The Flaminia Real Estate Centre proceeded with a sole purpose of accommodating potential real sales Professional and at the same time, to effectively serve the need of her home buyers.
Flaminia Real Estate Centre is a real Estate Agency that markets different types of real estate property from raw lands Residential, commercial to industrial, club shares and memorial parks from north to south of the province of Cebu and mactan island.
